What do I do if I get a publishing error on Family Tree Builder
If you are getting a publishing error in Family Tree Builder, please check the following:
1. Is it possible that your computer has a firewall or an anti-virus software that is blocking MyHeritage?
2. Is your computer connected to the internet through a proxy server?
3. Try to upgrade to the latest version of Family Tree Builder, through the tools > check for updates menu.
If you continue to receive a loading error, please use the MyHeritage Support form as soon as possible.
